The main street of the Mád village is one of the most beautiful streets in the Tokaj region, which is part of the world heritage. Several wineries can be visited during the village walk.
As part of the walk, we will visit a local farmer who makes juice from various fruits, and we will combine the tasting with a small test competition.
Our lunch is provided by a local bistro, and the delicious flavors are complemented by the house sparkling wine.
The most famous vineyards of the Tokaj wine region are located in the Mád area. We will visit one of the well-known vineyards and taste the wines produced there (white dry and sweet) among the rows of grapes.
The second longest wine cellar in the Tokaj wine region is located in Mád. In the impressive cellar labyrinth (the foundations of which are hundreds of years old), a small game adds color to the wine tasting, during which everyone can win.
